Memorial Services to be held at the Nampa First Church of the Nazarene,  601 16th Ave S Nampa, ID 83651 http://www.nampafirst.org at 1:00pm followed by a graveside service where Phyllis will be laid to rest, at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens located at 15862 S Indiana Ave, Caldwell ID 83607.
