Leanna Hathaway

Administrative Assistant

Leanna was born in Boise and raised in Kuna. She attended BSU and ultimately obtained her degree from Oakland College for Ministries.

Leanna has been married to her husband for 33 years and together they have 2 grown children and 2 dog children.

Leanna loves the outdoors and can be found camping or kayaking with her family in her time off.

Leanna joined our Hillcrest family in October of 2021 as a family service advisor and quickly fell in love with helping families through their grief journey. She has done an amazing job developing relationships with client families as well as area funeral homes. She recently made the switch to our administrative team but since Hillcrest is a small location she still helps families with their cemetery choices daily.

Travis has been with Hillcrest since 2018. He takes great pride in keeping the cemetery looking its best and in helping families when they come to visit the cemetery.

Dave Salove

Managing Partner

Managing Partner Dave Salove brings more than 45 years of experience to Hillcrest and Cloverdale, returning in September of 2018.  He had previously been associated more than 25 years ago when the Gibson’s were owners of Cloverdale Funeral Home. 

Dave is a native Idahoan, born in Nampa and raised in Marsing and Owyhee County.  His career as a funeral director and cemeterian spanning more than 4 decades began in 1973 in Boise.  He has been associated with funeral homes and cemeteries in the Nampa/Caldwell and Boise areas, in Alaska and more recently was a regional manager of a group of funeral homes and cemeteries along the West Coast from Seattle to San Diego.

Lynn Leigh

Office Manager

Lynn is the Office Manager responsible for overseeing all of the administrative functions of our company including records keeping, human resources and staffing.

Originally from California she moved to Idaho in the 90s to attend school at the University of Idaho. It was there that she met and married her husband in 1996. Lynn worked in the building supply industry for 15 years before starting her career in the funeral industry. She began working as the administrator at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in 2008. In September of 2012, Lynn was promoted to Office Manager and quickly made the changes necessary to allow our businesses to become more engaged with our client families.

Lynn is very passionate about giving back to the community and prides herself in giving of her time to many amazing organizations.

Lynn has been married to her husband, Eric, for over 20 years and is mother of 4 active children. She spends most of her free time on the field or court at a number of sports cheering on her children. Lynn and her family love to travel  and entertain at their home in Boise.

Josh Edwards

Family Service Manager

Josh joined Cloverdale in 2024. He is very excited and honored to help lead a team that focuses on serving and supporting families. Josh is passionate about helping people navigate through their decisions when it comes to funeral and cemetery needs. He is committed to going above and beyond for the people and families he serves.

Josh was born in Albuquerque, NM, moved to Philadelphia, PA then to Boise, ID, at the age of 5. He has since spent most of his life in the Boise area, except for a couple years in Lakewood, CO for college at Colorado Christian University. He looks forward to continuing to be a part of the community in Boise and is excited to help them with their funeral, cemetery and cremation needs.

Josh was married to his loving wife, Amber, in 2011. He also has two stepsons that are his pride and joy, Alex and Nathan. Outside of work, Josh enjoys spending time with family, golfing and playing video games with his family and friends.
